At Newman & Sale Lettings we are able to offer our landlords a complete taylor-made service to suit their needs.
Our 2 main levels of service and what they include are:
Fully Managed Service
- An initial rental valuation as well as regular rent reviews.
- Extensively advertise your property, including on the internet via www.rightmove.co.uk.
- Circulate details of your property on our mailing list to prospective tenants.
- Provide a To Let board.
- Accompany prospective tenants on all viewings.
- Offer a full referencing service on all new tenants.
- Obtain one month’s rent and a deposit in advance.
- Prepare tenancy agreements which will be compliant with the current housing act.
- Prepare an inventory for each property and make arrangements for the transfer of services to the new tenants.
- Collect rent each calendar month and credit direct into your account.
- Undertake property inspections each month.
- Arrange for emergency repairs to be carried out (to a maximum value of £150).
- Carry out a final inspection at the tenancy termination and if required make good property funded from tenant’s deposit.
Tenant Find/Let Only

- Accompany prospective tenants on all viewings.
